EU Law and UK Immigration Rules

Immigration law deals with the rights of non-EU nationals to enter and remain in the UK. Applicants may wish to enter and remain for business reasons, to visit a family member, or to claim asylum.

We regularly provide advice in all immigration and nationality categories, including the following:-

Entry Clearance - we represent clients around the world in all types of UK visa applications, family and business visits, spouse, dependants and EU family permits.

Naturalisation and Registration - you can either choose a detailed consultation so that you are in a position to make an application in person thereby reducing costs or you may instruct us to do the entire work for you.

Leave to Remain and Settlement - we can advice and assist you to submit applications under the 10 years lawful continuous residence rule and based on an individuals private life.

Asylum claims - we will give you detailed advice on the merits and procedure for making your asylum claim, completing Statement of Evidence Form and represent you on appeal if your claim is refused at first instance.

Human Rights and Judicial Review - with extensive knowledge of the ECHR, we routinely assist clients to challenge the unlawfulness of decisions made by public bodies. We can assist you as far as the High Court and the European Courts on Human Rights in Strasburg.

Appeals - we provide full representations on appeal against immigration decisions taken by the Secretary of State and Entry Clearance Officers.

Detention and Bail - with our 24 hours service, we represent clients at all Police stations in the Greater London area.  We also assist many clients on applications for Immigration Judge bail.
